My (home) satellite receiver went out this morning. Smells like a toasted resistor.

So, this afternoon, at a red light, I decided to adjust the passenger side GX mirror. Got the mirror close to were it needed to be and... Smoke started pouring out of the mirror housing! Not a little puff. BIG cloud of smoke! I quickly switched the mirror control to the center position and the smoke stopped. Thought the mirror housing was going to burst into flames. I did bump the mirror glass while detailing the car earlier this week. Guess something is out of alignment and jammed up. Whew! What next?

I have changed my both side, mirror inside, they were stuck in 1 position. I bought it from Ebay, there is a seller in TX, who rebuilds them and sells.
