I tried to fix my passenger side rear door actuator assembly using the forum instructions. I removed the actuator motor and cleaned it and replaced it, test it and it worked. Shut the door and realized that I must have not put all the gears back correctly because not I can't get the lock latch to release.

Now I am going to purchase an new actuator lock door assembly, but all I find in replacement parts is Front Door for $123 or original parts from dealer for over $300. I am using the following part number: 6905060091 and REAR DOOR LOCK & HANDLE (GRN21#,UZN21#); REAR DOOR LOCK & HANDLE (GX470 (UZJ120)) information in my search.

I was wondering if the front and rear could be inter-changeable (I'm hoping, but think not)

If someone could tell me how to get the lock latch to release, I could start over....

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My wife is starting to bust my chops about a $5 2 hour project turning into 3 months and over $300 nightmare.
