Default Armrest Replacement

My 2006 GX470 armrest are needing replacement. I am considering purchasing 7421060200A0 and 7422060200A0, and doing the job myself. Does anyone have instructions on how to do this?

You just pop them up w/ your fingers or a trim removal tool.

Slide the trim remover under the armrest and lift up until you hear the clips release.
