Folding Mirrors or lack thereof
So our 2001 Sequoia had folding mirrors but our 2006 GX doesn't.
Was it even an option on the 2006? We have heated mirrors but not folding.
Any idea?

Correct
Should have made my question clearer. My 2001 Sequoia had motorized fold in side mirrors. My 2006 GX does not, however they are heated.
IMO, motorized folding is a better option than heated. I would use the folding much more. Like everytime I park.

You can find them from suppliers over in China too.

I wish our GX had power folding mirrors and power 3rd row windows like LCs have.

That depends on where you live I guess, heated mirrors are handy when it's winter conditions 1/2 the year.

Someone also did it to a Prado, so it can be done.

Some guys over in Russia did the power vent mod to their non-powered LX470. It looked pretty straight forward and the motorized part bolted right up to the window. I found the actual vent switch on eBay (Sewell also sells it) for cheap...the motorized parts are the ones that cost the most.
