Default Rear Wing Deflector/Spoiler

Does anybody has it on its car. Where can I find a picture of it installed, I have the part # for my car but I haven't been able to find a pic online.

Also, it there a cargo mat for the gs470? I tried lexus parts but they only offer the one for pets, I will like to get the ones like the front and rear with the lexus logo.

Regards from Panama,

Enrique

Default OEM Rear Deflector

How did your rear deflector turn out? Please let us know when you get your car back. Mind sharing the price installed? Thanks! I want to get one for my Silver Pine GX.

I have a silver pine one on my new GX. Never liked the one on my RX, but this one is far improved. The dealer 'included' it in the sales price. Looks great and keeps the rear window clean.

Mine is installed!! It cost me $125 in labor and I purchased it from Lexus-Parts for $550.00. It has an integrated tail light that replaces the stock body one so possibly that is why it is expensive.

But I was very happy with the labor. Looks wise it makes a big difference. I didn't particular care for the tall pyramid look the GX was sporting in the back. But this spoiler boxes off the back quite nicely. Plus keeping the rear window clean will be a huge advantage. Otherwise when it is wet out (snow or rain), managing the rear window wiper becomes a full time job!

I'll send photos once I get my camera working again.

Default Before (and after)

I had the spoiler installed by the dealer...here are a couple of before and after shots. I was surprised that it is mounted on the door and not the body of the truck.

Doh!

P.S. Despite the poor lighting job, the color is Silver Pine Metallic

Default directly behind

tada!

It does keep the rear window cleaner - although not as well as the spoiler in the RX...

I noticed on mine and yours that the lens cap is white. Stupid question but, does the brake light show red, I hope?

Default yes it does

I wish I had longer legs...then I could have stepped on the brake and taken the picture....

...also, the slot where the old brake light was is "filled" with a blank that is visible on some of the photos (I think). It looks pretty good.
