Alright, I can use all of the manual functions fine which includes climate, radio, audio etc... but the touchscreen system is not working. It seems to somehow be disabled or malfunctioning.

What can I do to fix the problem without having to buy a whole new system!! (costs too much!!).

I am thinking that a fuse may be bad but I have no idea which fuses go to the navigation touch screen, I hope someone with some knowledge on this subject can help!

Mine did the same thing. I'm living with it as is. All I've done so far is confirm that power is getting to the DVD player under the passenger seat. I just use my phone for a GPS. I've read a few threads on various repairs to the unit itself, but I haven't taken the time to dig in.
