Hey all,

Curious to know if anybody has every seen/heard or done a Grill Swap out on GX470. I have a 2009 and I am thinking of doing it because I think it looks super sharp. However am curious to know if anybody has an experience with this or heard anything about air flow issue son a MESH GRILL or anything like that. ?

P.S - Wend through two Jeep Grand Cherokees in 12 years. Really loved them and they did me well. Needed a change with more space, third row and higher towing capacity... Went with the GX and absolutely am loving it thus far!

Congrats on your new GX.

I don't remember seeing any members here with a mesh grill but I've seen them for sale before on eBay.

Personally, I like RCsGX's Plasticoated black grill better than the mesh. Much cheaper too.

EDIT: That's Plasti Dip not Plasti Coat.

Something about the mesh grill just doesn't go with our GX. But that's what's great with modding, you mod how you like...so pay me no mind.

Thanks a ton guys and for the pics. I really like that Plasti Dip also. Will look into that and post some pics when done also. Just got back from my third road trip. 2000km in four days. Just loving the ride and ability thus far.
