Lexus link alert
I started my car today and immediately the Lexus link system said it detected a problem and automatically called a Lexus link rep. The guy comes on and tells me that there is a service bulletin out because the lexus link system may not be properly alerted in the event of an airbag being deployed. "Would you like me to call the service dept. and make an appointment for you?" Has anyone else experienced this?

FYI:
If you want to check your lexus link for trouble codes do this. Key off, hold down the "+" button on the lexus link volume control. Then turn the ignition key on three times without starting the truck, ending with the key in the on position. You will then hear a man's voice say "system ok". But if you have a problem, he will tell you a code number, then what it is. For example he might say "code 5, back up battery faliure".
