I had done the same method before but it drove very bumpy and stiff. I think the D distances on my truck are not even, the right side higher than the left side 0.8" so the method above may not be applied to my truck. Right now the D on left side is 11.8" and right side is 12.6" and it drives smooth but I'm not so sure it is the same with factory drive or not.

My old measurements are below from when I was at the stock ride height. Both sides were maybe 10mm off from each other. I was bottoming out in the rear when going over large dips and I was almost spot on w/ Lexus specs, so the specs aren't set in stone...adjust them to your liking.
MY MEASUREMENTS
MY MEASUREMENTS
MY MEASUREMENTS
- 22.125" High (+ 1.375") | Per Lexus it should be 1.57"
- 20.75" Normal Ride Height (I wish Lexus gave us the "normal" measurement)
- 19.875" Low (- 0.875") | Per Lexus it should be 0.79"
MY MEASUREMENTS
- C (14.875") - D (11.3125") = 3.56" | Per Lexus is should be 3.04"
- ** I'm running 1" larger diameter tires so if you deduct .50" I'm at 3.06" which is almost exactly what it should be

Before I lifted my GX I had to raise the rear 1/2" for it to ride better than at the stock specs and as you can see my specs were almost spot on w/ Lexus'.
After I lifted my GX I'm more than an 1" taller in the rear compared to stock and it rides great.

I posted the Lexus specs right above your post. As per Lexus is should be 77.1mm, yours is 70mm, so you're lower by a 1/4". Again, if your GX rides smooth for your taste you're good, if not adjust it until you fine the ride height for a smooth ride.

Alan did you ever try adjusting the turn buckles and did that cure your problem?
My left side (driver's side) is too low. After having the air springs replaced (shocks have also been replaced) it was fine for a while, now seems to be back to riding too low.
Not sure if it's a sensor issue or if an adjustment of the turn buckle will do the trick.
How can one tell if the sensor is bad?

I solved all my problems. Found a 09 blizzard white with 30K heavily service by a soccer mom that never drove in the snow. Lexus ripped her off for everything possible. Detailed the truck 3 times a year. It was like new...so much for rear suspension issues for a while.

Barrel Nut Length?
I'd prefer someone put the length measurement for properly adjusted/secured barrel nut on both the driver and passenger sides.
Then I could pop out my own maladjusted barrel nut and adjust it to the correct length, lock it, and reinstall it for the proper ride height.
Anyone willing to do that? It'd eat up 15 mins of your time, but would be SO extraordinarily helpful to so many in this boat.
