Default Sewell Lexus...

Hello,

First post and recent purchaser of a 2004 GX. Like many I have run into issues with my rear shocks and it is looking like I'm going to replace with OEM parts.

I would like to use this Sewell Lexus discount I have read about numerous times on this forum, but I am unable to figure out how this discount works. Could someone please advise me on how I go about obtaining this discount to purchase some rear shocks. Thanks in advance, any information will be greatly appreciated.

Just my opinion but FYI...

I recently replaced my rear shocks with OEM and I wouldn't do it again. Mine were covered under warranty so price wasn't an issue but I truly find that the ride is lack luster.

Many on here have replaced their OEM shocks with regular shocks and are very happy.

Again, just my opinion, but that is the route I will be going for next time.

Cheers,

Chris

Thanks a lot for the info. I'm located by Doylestown. Just as Crispy3M eluded to, switching to regular shocks could be a good option and I am very interested in going this route, but overcoming my ignorance in this arena may be more trouble than it is worth. MB...did you go this route? If so, do you know a good mechanic in the area that could do the work or help me make the switch? If I could find someone to help me out I would be much more inclined to make the switch given that I'm trying to get to 250k plus.

Thanks again,

Lenny

Sewell is great to work with but if you're buying large priced item and want to save a few dollars www.toyotapartszone.com has better prices. They're a dealer located out of California. Just something to think of when the time comes.
