You want these... http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...ducts_id=40570 or these... http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...oducts_id=4121

Double check the bulb size though, but I am pretty sure the low beam is H11.

Yes H11 bulbs for sure! I may call them and see if its the same base for both bulbs! Not sure what mods would be needed really, should be non....

I read mixed reviews, but the initial negative reports came when they first hit the market and there was apparently a bad batch of bulbs that hit the market at that time. TRS took care of those customers with replacement bulbs.

I would really like to see how their 5000k turns out on your GX. I was debating between the 4300k and 5000k and only went with 4300k in the Tundra only because of the brighter output and some of the reviews I read on Tundra Talk and HID Planet - it was kind of a 50/50 split between those that liked the 5000k and those that preferred the 4300k.
Confused as you said in they would req mod? Are you running NON stock projectors on your GX

Sorry I was speaking about the Tundra and the Morimoto (non oem) projector I installed. To clarify, the morimoto projector I installed calls for H1 bulbs, but if I went with the xb35 in the H1 it would have required some modification to the morimoto projector because the bulb base is a bit thicker on the xb35 H1 bulbs and the projector I have doesn't take it well.

The H11 bulbs have a different base, just pop'm in and twist.

I wanted to go with the xb's but that point I was tired of doing modifications so I went with the next best thing, which by all accounts is an excellent bulb too.

Post up them pics when you get'm installed!

So you got the 3Five H11's?

Did Andy mention why you did not want the XB35?

Yes got the 3FiveH11

because the XB35 H11B put the return wire on the bottom instead of normal bulbs which are on the top when locked into place would cause a shasow effect. Only new cars--he mention 2010 camery and then only some use that type of return wire that will benifit being on the bottom, so normal style is what he recommended. they should be here this week

Nice I picked some up also during TRS 25% off sale - couldn't resist. I installed them yesterday and really like the color. I was afraid they were going to be too blue, but not so. PERFECT
