CDs won't eject

I had a cd in the player that will not eject. I put in a 2nd cd to see if that would help, now I have two that will not eject.
" Error 3 " flashes. This a 2005 GX 470.

Help!

Just wanted confirm, I took out negative side of battery and reconnect after 30 seconds. I can eject CD again.
