Anyone currently use an OBD scanner(bluetooth/phone preferred since I dont have a windows based computer) that can also change the Lexus Personalized Settings? Ive been seeing a few of them on Amazon that claim to do this but I need to know if it works on our cars.

Edit: I also want to avoid going to the dealer

Not possible, even Techstream can't do it. The dealers have a different gizmo that does it called C-Best. Some settings can be done by the owner though, for instance I've changed my door locks to lock at 13mph instead of instantly using this method:
