Rear wiper arm removal
I need to change the rear wiper arm as it's broken, removed the cover, and the nut, but there's some corrosion where the arm goes over the bolt, and the arm won't slide off over the nut, it's seized. I scraped the gunk off the base of the bolt and soaked it in WD-40 (the one for getting rusty bolts broken free), and it wouldn't budge. I folded up some shop towel and used it to leverage a trim removal tool underneath the arm to push it out from behind, and even tapped the bolt with a hammer while forcing from behind, still nothing. At this point I was getting concerned about smashing the rear window out of the tailgate, so I packed it up and called it a day.
Anyone have any ideas to get this seized on wiper arm off?

I'm going to try a 2-jaw puller, that should do the trick.

It was seized on there, ended up having to cut it off as I was replacing the arm anyways. It wasn't pretty, be careful you don't cut the rubber boot.
