Water leaking and shifting sand sound under glovebox!

Water leaking and shifting sand sound under glovebox!
Water drips pretty much constantly and there is a shifting sand sound when in a turn. What's going on??

Is it water or does it smell like coolant? What color is it? I think we have both heater cores and AC condensors under there. You might see water from the AC system if your drain line is blocked. You could see coolant under there if your heater core is leaking. Hope for the former.
