Default Broken cable in rear seat, anyone know how to access???

I folded down my rear seat the other day and it wouldn't unfold. I took it to Lexus and they wanted $600 to replace a broken cable in the seat. After that estimate I decided to do it myself. I found the parts I need on Sewell for about $50. The problem is that I am having a hard time getting access to the cables in the seat. Does anyone know how to get access to the cables in the seat or how to remove it so I can figure it out from there?

Obviously it takes 5 hours of labor to fix with a $50 part

Cheers,

First, lay the rear seats down flat and folded over. Then to the left and right of each folding seat you will see a visible panel in the sides of the vehicle that easily open. Then get a socket wrench with an extension and simply remove the two bolts per each seat. You can then easily lift the complete seat assembly out of the rear of the car. I would recommend that you thread the bolts back into the plates so you will not lose them and then replace the panel.
