New, to me, 2004 Lexus GX470! Woohoo!

Thank you!
So here's a picture. I said I'd take pictures after I got everything I wanted done on the exterior, but thought I would just throw a quick one up. I haven't done any mods yet; it's completely stock and no accidents. I was actually shocked at the condition of the vehicle, interior, exterior and under the hood.

I leased my GX 470 in 2004. I loved this car so much that I purchased the residual and have driven this vehicle ever since. !50, 000 miles to date. I have maintained it following the owner's manual. The most recent has been rack and pinion, as well as control arms replacement. I love the power and acceleration of this car, its stability, and solid feel. At 87 and having owned and driven different brands of cars on three continents, the 2004 GX470 is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned. I was a staunch Mercedes owner for many years before my GX.

Wow. This thread is almost 12 years old. I still have the 2004 Lexus GX470 though a couple years ago, during the pandemic, I turned it into an an overlanding vehicle. This vehicle is pushing two decades of service...
This is the current state of the vehicle. Picture taken last year.
