Rear AC only blows warm, Front working fine

Rear A/C not blowing warm air
Please help!
I have a 2004 GX470 with the 3rd row. The rear A/C only blows cold air, maybe great in summer but when its 30 degrees with small children back there then not so good. I made sure I set the temp control to the hottest setting but still blowing cold. this is the first winter with my GX, the front works flawlessly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
