Were they standalone options, not available or bundled together? I know if you look at an 07-09 with nav, it will also hav bluetooth, and the rear view camera and that in 07 is when the prettier, sharper HD screen started. But what about 06? If Im looking at an 06, I think it would have the older, grainier nav screen like on my 04 LS430, correct? Also, if it has navigation, does that mean it will defninitely have the rear view camera and bluetooth?

I own an 08, but I do have a pdf file with a 2005 Lexus brochure. PM me if you want a copy. It states that nav, backup camera, and blue tooth are options for that year. I can't speak to the quality of the nav screen in that year.

It seems that the "Navigation System/ Mark Levinson audio system package", contained all of those together as a package. The brochure doesn't list the nav, back up camera, and bluetooth as being separate options.

Separate options are like the wheel upgrade, roof rack, towing package, KDSS, etc. I hope this helps.

Mine did. Also 06 is a year where you can override the nav to work while moving

My 2004 has the ML/nav systems with Backup camera but no bluetooth. I believe, at least in that year, the camera option was bundled with the ML system.

It's pretty easy to add bluetooth support with a Grom adapter, which I am using in the 2004 since bluetooth was not a factory option.
