Default Amp missing

Hello guys I bought my 06 gx in feb. I noticed radio didn't have sound but I didn't care too much as my first though was I'm gonna replace w a better system not knowing gx470 w Navi aren't that easy to swap systems. So my research let me to amp not working, now that weather is getting better in Chicago I went to check the amp and to my surprise amp it's missing.
So, what are the better options? Get a used one in Craigslist?
Get one from an ls430? Bit what years?
Any other options?

Thanks.

check out this thread. Some owners are replacing the lower stereo unit entirely and then you can use a standard amp.

Wow, that's interesting. Can you go back to the seller and ask where it went?

It was from a small dealer and most dealers get this vehicles at auctions so I'm sure at some point somebody stole it.

Try using your VIN at the dealer to find the part number of the amp for your specific vehicle. Then go on eBay and see if there's a reconditioned one available.

Hopefully they disconnected it, and didn't cut the wires...

Did this model amp match what the vehicle report said it should have?
