I'm on the hunt for a low mileage 2007 or 2008 GX on the west coast (Seattle or the bay area). Anyone had issues with KDSS? A friend of mine had problems with the similar system in his 4Runner. There seem to be a small number of well maintained GXs available on craigslist and the autotrader. Any other ideas on where to look? Any recommendations on which dealers are worth talking to?

IMO, I think the supply/demand thing for the 07-08 GX470's are a direct result of the new GX460 and it's current issues with both price and rollover. Potential buyers of the new GX460 are holding on to there current model and waiting for the issues to resolve and prices to come down. I think when both things occur and this should happen quickly, you will see an increase in 07-08 GX470's hit the market. I also think that current 470 owners were waiting for the new model and decided that quite frankly they liked what they had better. My only advice if your looking to pull the trigger quick is try VEHIX.COM or look for a low mileage 06 which should have come off leases by now. They are all the same truck from 03-09.
