Anyone do any sort of paint job on their GX? I bought a used '07 in ash blue mica. Not gonna lie, if I could change one thing on this vehicle it would be the color. Not a big fan of the pastel grey/blue color.

That's a shame. That's a tough color to come by, after the green. I hardly ever see either of those. Not too many custom paint jobs on the GXs that I've heard of.

Ah, no big deal, first world problems bro. I think black, white or just some crazy urban camo paint job would do the trick. I don't see too many GX's on the road to begin with, let alone one with an urban/snow camo theme. It's not a bad color, just a little bland/pastely for me. Not that I can't live with it, just shooting some idea's around and seeing if anyone had any paint jobs on the GX's. I am sure many don't want to since Lexus does a nice factory paint job so I am not expecting many pictures in this thread.

Now if your talking camo, lift kit and full blown off road kit, there's another combo you don't see often, or ever. They look awesome lifted with some nice meats. Almost went that way myself.

Google/Youtube "Plastidip a car" or similar. You will find lots of ways to change the color without needing new paint.

Properly changing the color of a vehicle is VERY expensive. Engine and all components under hood has to come out, interior, etc. Anything less than that will look terrible.
