NAVI does not show my exact location

I have GX 470, 2007, and recently I noticed that my NAVI does not show my exact location and kind of slow even when vehicle moves fast and area of location with not too many tall buildings. Does anyone know if it is normal or speed sensor is acting up? May be GPS?
