The re-set that was posted is correct. Try it again. Also make sure the lock out button is not engaged on the drivers master switch.

You might try rolling them up from half-way and holding for about a second or so once it's fully closed. That's what I've always done and had to do on my IS350.

nmmuzykam, your suggestion worked for me as well. However only the rear windows started working through the main panel. For some reason the passenger window didn't work after trying your instructions twice.
So I decided to experiment and noticed the following:

  1. Lowered both driver and passenger windows at the same time time by pressing each window's own button down just to the first level (not all the way down to where it does auto-down).
  2. Raised both driver and passenger windows at the same time in the same manner as above.

The blinking lights on each button stopped blinking and issue fixed!

I disconnected the battery to my 2005 Lexus GX470, and the Windows wouldn't roll up or down. I did the reset and all the windows now work with the exception of the passenger window which is rolled down and won't roll up. The light on the window switch is blinking also. Any ideas?
Thanks
