Default Running Board Lights Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My driver's side lights on the Running Boards are both out, I replaced the bulbs and they still don't work. Does anyone have any advice?

Check the connector located near the middle of the running board underneath.

Did you push the bulbs far enough to make contact on the bulb holder?

I will look at the connector, and I tried to check the fuses, checked damn near all of them, because I don't know which fuse it would tie into, but the passenger side running board lights work just fine.
