Price for 09 GX470
I'm looking to buy an 09 GX470. After adding my options, invoice price come out to be mid $49K. Is it the what I should be expect to pay in the current market? or can I go lower?
Anyone know if Lexus has any incentives (rebates, finance)?

Even in today's economy it's unlikely you will get it for invoice and even more unlikey below invoice, but ya never know... There are a lot of factors involved that will determine how it pans out for ya. Last I checked my dealer did not have a lot of GX inventory. You will have better odds if you wait until the very end of the year when the dealers are trying to clear their lots to make room for the '10 models.
Currently there are no factory incentives. Go see Seth at Lexus of Rockville he will take good care of you, bought both my Lexus vehicles from him. Not to mention they have the best service dept in the Washington Metro area - JMO.
BTW, if you are by any chance a member of USAA they have a car buying service and you can pick up an '09 at a prenegotiated price of $1000 over invoice.

If you haven't already contacted and have a relationship with a salesman you may try to contact the Lexus dealer's on-line rep. Sometimes you can save a few bucks working through the "Internet Sales Department" of a dealer. BTW: I think I paid 49K for my 2009 with Nav, Mark Levinson Sound System + IPOD Interface, but no KDSS back in December 2008. I would think this late in the year and with the economy you could do better than $49K.

+1 philjri. Exceedingly similar deal to my new '08 last year. It hadn't been sitting on the lot that long (I think), but it had to be one of the last '08s before the '09s arrived.
With the new style '10s due sooner than later, I wouldn't think a dealer would want the old style clogging up their lot.

A lot of dealers around me do not discount the lower volume cars/trucks much even if it is clogging up their lot. Their bread and butter is the higher volume cars/trucks like the RX, IS and ES. In MD, I tried my hardest to get a deal on a 2007 right when the 2008's were out and could not get the deal I wanted. I had to go through a friend of mine who is a GM of a Ford dealership and he had a hard time getting one for a decent deal. He ended up getting me a 2008 for $500 over invoice but had to call around to a number of dealers to get it.
