Default Display screen response problems

I'm all of a sudden having problems with the nav display screen and the "hard" buttons immediately beneath it. Last week, for no reason, the touch screen buttons wouldn't respond, and some of the "hard" buttons wouldn't respond. Turning off and back on, didn't improve the situation, except that different touch screen buttons and different "hard" buttons wouldn't respond. It got to the point that the "I agree" soft button wouldn't respond. Also, sometimes it would reboot itself for no apparent reason...once without anything being touched, once when hanging up a call thru the steering wheel button, and once when answering a call thru the steering wheel button. the nav system seems to work properly as long as the soft buttons allow you to get where you want in the screens.
Has anyone experienced similar issues? If so are there any quick fixes? or is strictly an expensive fix? Hopefully, I'll find out the extended warranty covers this type of stuff.
Thanx,
Bill

I have never heard of that but it sounds like you have a loose connection in the back. If it's still under warranty I would take it to the dealer, if not then pull it out and reconnect everything.
