my 03 gx is lots of fun but i want it to be more powerful and faster and ive been searching for anykind of performance upgrades and it seems to me that there isnt anything for a gx.
is there anything i can do to make it faster?

I think the 03 and 04 (mine) are the only two that will work with the toyota super charger. When mine goes off warrenty, I may look at one. They are hard to find, but they are out there.

Yup, just like TexGX said...the TRD supercharger is your best bet for a nice bump in HP

You may want to think twice with the TRD supercharger. If I'm not mistaken, they have been known to crack the blocks on the 2UZFE engines. You may want to look into it prior to putting one on. Most 4runner for a 4.7 engine will fit on the GX. I am using a Sequoia TB spacer, Sequoia AEM Intake, 4Runner Magnaflow exhaust. Gains are minimal no matter what they claim but looks and sounds good. Gas mileage has a slight improvement.

Is it possible to fit a TRD supercharger on an 06 GX? I have been looking for mods for the GX, but there are not many to be found. Will any V8 4Runner exhaust fit on the GX?

You will have to make sure that it is the "rear outlet" and not side. If you want to save a little dosh, Cherry Bomb makes a direct fit one for the GX and you can order it from Auto Zone. Sounds similar to the Magnaflow with the difference at full throttle. (Cherry bomb sounds sportier) Dont think you can put a supercharger on a VVTI engine. Do your research the TRD supercharger on a 2UZFE engine before you decide.
