i just got home and found the box sitting on my doorstep! in fact, i'm holding the right hand mirror cover and it looks great and obviously matches the rest of the vehicle! now i just have to figure out when i can install them. i have under 2 hours to do it today.

one is on the vehicle already. the pins for the motorized mirror were a hoot to deal with. i took pics with my phone and will eventually do a DIY install thread.
the pins for the motor sent me into a panic because i goofed up on them! i realized i did it wrong as i went to adjust the position of the mirror and nothing happened. i went to my parents house and doublechecked my work. this happened as i was driving to pick one of my kids up. once i have them both installed and wired up i'll do the DIY with lots of pics.

i installed the drivers side one with very little light. like i did for the passenger side one i installed it and ran the wires but didn't actually hook the wires up. that will be my project for the next couple of days. (kinda hard to do anything with 3 kids all under 10 in my house.)

when i had my denali i loved the LED directionals in the mirrors themselves and the puddle lights. now i have the directionals on the outside plus the puddle lights.......i just have to wire them up!

nigel, if your installer has any tips, pictures, or wiring diagrams could you please have him contact me and share them with me?
i love the way the mirrors look on my GX but i'd like them to work the way they're intended to work.
capirato, did you do the install or did someone do it for you? i really need help on this one. i have no clue this time around.
someone must know where i'm supposed to tap into to get everything working properly. the power/heated mirrors work no prob...but that was a simple task. i know someone can help me out here.

i tried to do the install using this link and it didn't work out very well. i'll give that one a try once the weather clears up. been raining like mad lately
