I am new to this post and trying to see if a new phone is in order to use with my GX 470. Has anyone had issues with the sound from the bluetooth being very muffled using a LG Voyager phone. The dealer thought it was my sound levels settings maybe set to high?? It was still the same after they adjusted them. Any advise would help, thought about trying the new Blackberry.

Best thing to do is to check to make sure your volume levels on both the car and the phone are set properly. Also, borrow someone elses phone and try it out. I have an LG Venus and it sounds great in the car and I am told it sounds really good on the other end!
Try it..you might like it!
