The salesman at my dealership in Naples, FL steered me to a product called Ultimate Lockpick 3. You can find it at http://www.coastaletech.com It costs $299.00. The web site says it is a plug and play product that unlocks the NAV, phone, audio, and DVD features that are locked out while the car is in motion. Thought I would share this with you all. Enjoy

Chris - I'm not saying it will void any warranty and as you can see, I am all about Mods, however it is just a heads up about Coastaltech. They do not have the best reputation on "the worldwide"! Good luck - who knows, maybe you'll convince me to go for it!!

You might want to do a search on the board for this company. You will find many posts commenting on the products and customer service.

Interesting thing is, the old versions electronically did the override "dance" for you. I wonder if this one does also and if so that would mean an override sequence is available.

Oh - and ask the saleman to put his comments in writing (or better yet, get the service people to sign off) - I don't see how he would know that the device could never cause a problem that wouldn't be covered.

Like any after market accessories, if Lexus determine that the Lockpick is the cause of the problem of your warranty claim. You can bet Lexus will voild your warranty claim
