Default Bleeding brakes

How do people bleed their brakes? Do you use a vacuum bleeder at the valve or a pressure unit attached to the master cylinder reservoir ? I prefer a one man operation rather than a two man operation. Any tips or info would be appreciate. I've read that on the GX and 4runner, the reservoir is too large for the Motive type power bleeders to fit leaving on vacuum bleeding as an option. Is this true? Thanks a lot.

I usually have my wife help. But it can be done without a second person. They make kits that you can buy to do it with only one person.

The electronic booster/master cylinder in the GX/LX bleed differently than a normal vacuum booster, at least in the rear.
