Resetting NAV
How can I reset the NAV unit when it thinks I am somewhere that I'm not? It's been wrong by about 50 miles for a couple of days, and I'm wondering if there is an easy way to reset it. Anyone else have this problem? I've had it before, but thought it was the coastech "I agree" unit that was throwing it off. Now I am not so sure.

Perhaps you need to Re-Calibrate...

There is a way in the setup up menu for you to "re-calibrate" your Nav. When in that mode you just set the cursor to where it should be, than where it is now. It is not part of the secret diagnostics menu, but simply located in one of the Nav's menu systems. I am not in my truck (obviously ) so I do not know what button it is under. If I remember correctly, it is actually labeled Calibration in the setup menu. Anywayt, I know it is there, on the Gen3 Nav at least, since I have played with it before. It's pretty simple ....
