Default Navigation Help...please.....

I just screwed up my navigation but accidentally hitting load "US-TAB" under LOAD menu.

Now the navigation appear to be inoperative and the is a message in both English and

Japanese, "Insert correct disk". Any one knows how to reset it ? Please help.

not sure if this would help, but if you unplug the plugs into the dvd player under the passenger seat, or remove the ground from the battery for that matter, the nav will have to reload from scratch - not sure how much it remebers and how much it reloads, but worth a try.
