Default TroubleShoot with XD HID 4300 kit

OK.. i got the kit and tried to install it last night.

Problem:
The kit does not look like the on DIY thread... i have a seperate ballast and ignitor it seems.

Regardless, i connected everything...... one thing that was unsure was the positive battery connection. The connecter was too small to fit on the + terminal (not the area where the clamp goes on the actual battery + post, BUT the there is a screw that pops up and have a big cable hooked up to it..) hope that makes sense.

I ended up just putting it on to the main clamp area (the screw that you have the take on and off if you want to take off the clamp.)

I grounded to the side of the car just like the DIY. Unscrewed existing nut and just piggyback the thing. The relay was mounted same location as the DIY.

OEM harness only to the driverside, pass side was taped up.

The ballast and ignitor was two pieces. I taped on the ignitor on to the ballast... the two wires from the BULB was going to the ballast, then main power from the relay to the same ballast.

I just dont know why it wont work?!?!?!? bad ground?? bad + connector??? am i doing something wrong?
