Question GX Garage Door Opener Button Should Be Lighted?

This may be kind of "nit-picky", but shouldn't the garage door opener button be a lighted button?

Yeah I know where it is, but it would help with the buttons being so close together.

Anybody else ever accidently hit the moon roof button when they fumble for the garage door opener button on the roof when pulling into driveway late at night?

It's lighted on the LC/LX. So much for dated design.

before I get flamed, I'm just teasing!

LOL @ Go Hawks!

Ummmm ..... an LX with a lighted garage door opener button.....wow....pretty tempting.....NOT......lol....... I still wouldn't trade my GX for an "LX + 5 Grand"!

But that was funny GoHawks! (Iowa?)

Yes it would be nice if it was lighted. And it would have been nice if NHL and the players would have settled.

I agree! I put that on the survey from Lexus after I bought it. It is lighted on my wife's X5 so when she drives my Lexus at night and comes home she always makes a comment about it. Just a poor design overlook if you ask me. They should light the memory seat buttons and the 4 wheel high/low lever as well.

I agree......have always thought the buttons should have been lighted. Have hit the sunroof button several times by mistake when in a hurry.

Default Lighted buttons

Aren't there a couple of LEDs up there to "show the way"?

The LED's are shining down on the console. Unfortunately, they don't assist with the homelink.
