Default Paint trouble

So the clear coat is coming off of the front end of my vehicle. I have 13,587 miles on my GX. Is this normal? And is it covered by warranty?

Is it flaking off, or are you just suffering from some stress after a weekend of washing and waxing and realizing that the paint on these things ain't that great, it's good but minor paint chips, scratches and whatnot are plentiful

Default What color??

If it is Sand Dollar pearl this seemed to happen to quite a few people. My guess that's why SDP is no longer available.

ahem, a little correction, Sand Dollar Pearl is STILL AVAILABLE only on the Lx470. check out Lexus.com and build ur own Lx and you would see that Sand Dollar Pearl is a color choice for the Lx.

Yeah, it's sand dollar pearl. I don't have any pictures. It seems to just be flaking off in small places along the front bumper. I don't believe that the problem is from excessive washing or waxing or from any road debris. Rather it just simply seems that the coat is coming off.
