No I haven't heard anything from Steve or Itay yet. I guess they're busy with all the orders and emails. Yes I have send both to info@xenon or customerservice@xenon too. Maybe I should give them a couple of days, if I don't hear anything from him i will try it again.

Steve is good at returning e-mails
Steve is very good with communication and returning e-mails if he has not returned your e-mail in two days there must be something wrong with someone's email service.
Last time I check he did say the next shipment of HID H11 6000k kits will come in mid April that means April 12-15 if it changes he will notify you guys via e-mails.
I know when he had them in stock they were shipped to my door in 5 days both when I bought my 9006 kit and H11 kit.

Everytime You send him an e-mail, he will return quickly!
No delay at all as Steve and I contacted over ten times!
And Tony have the same opinion too!
Just check your E-mail account if there is any problem causes not getting mail.

The 6000k hids are definitely more blue with a white center. I am very pleased with the color of 6000k. Light output is amazing. Looks like Audi headlights in color.

Thanks Tony, I hope that my 6000k is gonna be like the one what you described!
Recently I browsed some webpages that said 6000k is actually purple white.(Which I don't want)
I almost believed that.
But now I feel more confident toward the one from xenondepot.
