When I called in they said it was finally shipped out on December 2nd (which is different from the first supposed ship date that I got). It's now December 15th and still no bulbs.

Odd? No I think what's odd is that I got charged for something a month ago that I still haven't received and every time I call up there I get the run around. That's odd.

bigbriman: Your bulbs did ship out on Dec 2 and the bulbs you ordered were backordered at the time of purchase. The bulbs were shipped out via Canada Post / USPS which can take approx 12-14 business days (keep in mind the time of year). You will most likely have the bulbs any day.

Yea when I got the 4300K kit I did get the Phillips bulbs and they were great. Yes the 5K are not Phillips and I have not had any issue with them either

Next time it would be nice to let your customer know when a product is back ordered. I prefer to support the vendors on here, but if I had known it would take a month or more to get my stuff, I probably would have gone elsewhere.

Your bulbs were shipped out on the 2nd so you will have them any day. Unfortunately, postal delays are quite common this time of year.

At what point are you guys going to take responsibly for this screw up?
You can say you're sorry all you want, and blame the postal service, the backorders, spam filters (there was NO email regarding the backorder from you guys) the phase of the moon, etc, but it doesn't fix the problem.
