suggestions & opinions please!

Hey all, I'm sure pretty much everyone on the boards (including myself) are eagerly awaiting the release of the new GX. With that being said, I am seeking opinions from everyone as to whether or not you think the new GX will lower prices of the 1st gen GX's. The only reason I ask is because as much as I want to buy the new GX (upon a personal test drive and personal ergonomics approval) I fear I may not be able to afford it without overextending myself...especially in this economy. With that being said, I really would not mind purchasing a later year 1st gen base model (I don't want or need the nav/ML; I enjoy building my own custom nav/sound system to my specifications), probably an '05-'08 and am hoping to get a good deal once the 2nd gen comes out. Ideally, I'd love to be able to finance under $27-29k. What does everyone think? I'd love to hear everyone's suggestions and opinions; both positive and negative. Thanks in advance!
