Will a 265/70/17 fit in the spare tire area?
The 4runner guys say yes!
Revo 2 265/70/17 about 1/2 taller over OEM size.
THis one has KDSS and I want to add a hitch.

Sure hope as I am getting tires this week on FJ wheels.
When I took my spare out it seems that the KDSS sways may interfere with a larger tire?
Stay posted, I will let you all know.

Yes it fits.
Closer to the KDSS sway bar links but no touching.
And it looks like nothing will touch with flexing either.

What tires did you have before Revos? How do Revos compare to your previous tires? Do you like the new ride? Performance on dry, wet , snow, etc...
I need to replace tires on both trucks this year.

I had the Bridestone duelers which are fine AS tires but not that great in snow or offroad.
I got the Revo 2 and they look and feel great. Only slightly louder since they are a true AT tire.
I had them on my Landcruiser and they were amazing on everything, wet, snow, offroad and even heavy mud. Can't say enough great things about them. If you don't go offroad they may be an overkill.
