Headrest DVD Player Installation Question
My wifes GX has the rear seat RSES audio only. No flip down DVD. So there is some sort of power supply, audio in the rear of the center console to connect head phones and you use the remote to change sources, etc. We have a set of replacement DVD players that are already in OEM headrests. When we have someone install them do we have them interface it with the RSES? The system we bought has wireless headphones and can send the audio that way but was wondering if it is better to have them wire it into the RSES. I thought maybe that way you can play the audio through the speakers if we wanted to. Has anyone else done this and what would they recommend I tell the installer.

My car had the same issue, I simply installed monitors with speakers built in and ran a DVD player to them which I mounted under the driver seat...I am not sure how cleanly they can install the audio into the RSES....You will never really want to listen to their DVDs anyway..
