Key issue

Intermittant problem with my 04 GX.

Sometimes when I put one of the keys into the ignition, it enters the slot correctly, but gets stuck upon cranking.

I take out the key, wait until steering column 'adjusts', then still stuck. I wait about 30 seconds, put key in, then starts normally.

I sometimes jiggle steering wheel, figuring that it must be the steering lock mechanism, but thats not it.

Again, this is just occational, and never a problem with my other key.

Any advice?

Try squirting dry graphite into the lock cylinder, it will most likely solve your problem.

Good Idea, thanks. I actually have some... yellow tube with a red cap.
