Posting an update to my original post of my rear seat heater malfunction in my brand new 2015 Lexus Gx460...

I finally gave up trying to get lexus to fix it, because they wouldn't!!...so i prepaid to my local toyota dealer and was going to have seats recovered myself thru them with Lexus parts...this is a leased vehicle so I will have to have it in pristine order in order to turn it in...

Then the Whammy...the burn went Way beyond the seat to the FRAME!! now we are talking over 20k in damages and counting!!!..this COULD HAVE CAUSED SERIOUS INJURY to my child who sits there and Lexus still does nothing!!!...someone please get this to someone who can/will do something..

Something like this generally wouldn't fall under lemon laws as its not necessarily a manufacturing defect and/or there haven't been multiple attempts to remedy it. You generally need repeated failures for them to kick in.
