Lightbulb Vinyl wraps

Hi how's it going? I have a 2013 Lexus Gx 460 and want to wrap it. I am debating between matte black and pearl white. It is currently black. I want to wrap it for a new look as well as paint protection. Which colour do you guys think will look good? Here are some pictures of it now:

lol you blacked out your truck and now you are considering a white wrap? BTW what did you use to black out the bumper reflectors? I always wanted to get rid of the red.

I used VHT Niteshade to do the reflectors. I only put 2 coats but still pretty nice. I want to wrap it white because I think it will look cool with the black. And all the black is plasti dip anyways, so I can remove it if I don't like it.

If I was going to spend the money I think I would prefer something unique. The Lexus Electric Blue is something to consider and I think it would fit well with your black out setup. Its no white or black so yea its different and may not fit your taste, but it is good enough for the LFA

How long does that plasti dip last? How long have you had it on? Are the rims plasti dip too and if so, are they wearing ok?

I have a white GX and also want to black things out.

That is a perfect color. You will get a lot of attentions, especially the cops. However, it looks nice on sports cars but not on big trucks.

On my third in a row of black cars with long term ownership. I love black, but the sun shows EVERY imperfection ....I can't get myself to go back though

I wonder how well these wraps hold up to "brush rash" when off-roading?

It is a wrap that can easily be replaced and it protects the paint integrity if you choose to go back to the original paint.
I would think this is ideal for off-roading as it is a shield to protect the paint, much like the clear protective film that many use here for the front of the GX.

Default Suggestions requested for polish/coating/vinyl wrap to repair chrome trim with

We just bought a very nice used 2012 GX460 that has been in Colorado it’s whole life with one previous owner.
The paint looks great but the chrome trim has discolored spots all over it from the mag chloride. I don’t understand it, because the paint and overal condition is really nice.

I have tried simichrome polish and it worked ok on the front grill chrome(still some small spots on it) and very well on the side/door chrome, but did virtually nothing for the rear chrome on the hatch or the emblem.

I have also tried mother’s chrome and aluminum paste polish and eagle one wadding polish and no luck...

I am thinking that that we may have to do a vinyl wrap or something in some type of chrome color or maybe some other color.... but I am looking for suggestions.

The paint color is beige/gold (satin cashmere metallic)
