Upgrade base to oem xenon parts needed
I really want to upgrade headlight to the brightest most reliable option I've found a take off
pair of brand new original OEM made in Japan xenon light control units / H.I.D ballasts with bulb igniters and D4S xenon bulbs... For $250
What else would I need to upgrade my 2010?

I believe all you really need is the bulb, ballast, and a harness (potentially, as aftermarket kits come with a harness). Other than that, you'll need a method of attaching the ballast to an appropriate location.
