Options 2010 to 2015
Hello and good morning. Truck shopping today... coming from a full equip 2004 GX470. Options on a 2010 to 2015 are the same? Or they upgraded with years? Power and Comfort i don't care because is for my wife and she ain't going to be racing at the light.
We are keeping our 2004 is been such a great truck to us I can see my self trading this in. So is going to my daughter's first car. Please any advice before i make my move. Thank you in advance

Good luck with your shopping! Mine is a 2010 base with some nice options - Heated and cooled semi aniline leather, wood steering wheel, headlights that turn in curves (not sure what that's called), power 3rd row seats. It's been a great vehicle so far.

Even though the offerings did not really change, specific packages and options changed almost every year. Best way to figure it out is to search for each model year's brochure which lists standard features, options and packages.
Some things like leather and nav are even optional in certain years, although it is almost impossible to find those combinations.
Buying used you will essentially get the options for free (unless buying almost new), so look around for a truck that has everything you want.

A brochure for each model year is available on the website:
http://www.lexus.com/lcertified/models/2010-Lexus-GX
...
http://www.lexus.com/lcertified/models/2015-Lexus-GX
About the only way to figure out the differences.

SpokeBroke - Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS) was optional on base 2010 GX460,
included with Premium.
2012 added Outside temp display and moved Homelink to the mirror
2014 refreshed the grille and F & R lights, added Blind spot monitor (BSM) next Gen Auto/Nav

I've been searching for a new to me GX, and it looks like there was an update to the nav system/ user interface for the 2013's. Is this accurate, and whats the actual difference? Are there any other changes to the 2013, or should i not worry about which year, and focus more on mileage, condition, and price?
Thanks for the help!,

The Lexus Enform App Suite is available on all Navigation equipped 2013 and newer Lexus models with the exception of 2013 GX.
