Default Can't find 2012 GX 460 roof cross car instructions

Hi! Can someone help?

I ordered OEM crossbars and I need some instructions on how to install them. I tried digging around here and google but all of the links I'm finding to various PDFs are dead.

Is it easy to put these things on? I admit I haven't even opened the box yet since the outside of the box says "instructions found in the Toyota Information System"

If you buy from lexus (OEM) it would come with instructions inside the box, do mind let me ask how much you got this cross bar for? I just got mine installed from a local lexus deal which is on special deal is $202.75 plus tax installed, it come the total is $225, i think it is a good deal since they installed it for me and free loaner car to drive a while day and a car wash

You got a great deal. My dealer wanted $260 for them and I can't remember if that included the install. I paid $190 from a Lexus dealer online.

I guess I should open the box I've barely been home so I didn't get a chance yet. I did take a quick look at the roof and I'm guessing I pry those tabs off and that gives me access to where the bars connect

The cross bars have a spring on one side to help get it in place. Once in place, just lock it in with the tension screw. And done!!

The longer one goes in the front. I don't see a front or rear marking on mine

Get it in place and use the tension screw to lock it in.

Rear measurement

Front measurement.

Should be easy, the dealer put mine on.

Don't lose the tool (with orange plastic in the picture), you will need to use it to adjust the position of cross-bar.

This actually leads to a side question. What are those tabs in the roof rails for? Are there roof racks that bolt directly to them?

They cover the bolts that hold the rail on.

I'm struggling to get the driver side(non spring-loaded side) clip to fit under the factory rail. Any tips? Thanks!
