The GX shares a platform with the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150 and 5th Gen 4Runners.

If you remove the front clip, both would probably bolt up to the frame. However with the GX front bumper cover integrated with the grill, plus parking sensors, fogs, headlight design, etc... it will take some automotive surgery to work.

Instead of spending the money on a front clip, why not spend the money on something performance oriented?
Have someone custom fabricate an exhaust so you can hear the V8? Or get a nice set of offroad wheels and tires?

actually i had an minor accident , my wife banged the car at the carparking lot and the front bumper got messed up and when my insurace denied to cover it, i thought of getting a aftermarket bumper so that my car will look uplifted

Heavy duty bumpers can give better front-end protection though it is recommended to upgrade your suspension to avoid to much sagging and bad front-end dive when braking.
