Default What's in your rear storage compartment?

I have my first aid kit and a 3/8" Socket set.

Also not pictured is a cloth and some shoe polish that goes in that empty space above.

First aid kit and jumper cables. I like the idea of the socket set.

Does anyone know what it was specifically made for?The size & the straps makes it seem as if something was specifically made to fit in there.

Perhaps this was the best Lexus could do for storage with the components behind the door panel? I have not pulled the rear cover off.

Hacksaw, iPhone endoscope and BNC connectors.

True. It just seems odd when so many other things in the truck are so well thought out.

Bummed that my mini air compressor is about 5mm too thick for the door panel storage. Tempted to stick it in the cubby next to the jack, along with my plug kit, but I wonder if it will get funky in there.

Although I suppose that's what the spare tire is for.

Ah! Then I need to add a bottle opener as well in there.

You have no idea. I blame Ted Britt Ford. I kept telling them the issue but because I was a young lady with a great big truck I did not know what I was talking about obviously. Of course when they test drove it it did not malfunction for them since they were not towing a 4 horse trailer w/dressing room behind it. It was a simple fix that took several trips to the dealer service for unnecessary repairs and was not fixed till a friend of mine called me because her truck just did the same thing and her service center was competent. $200 later VA Spring & Alignment had me and my ponies safely back on the road.

Strap it in the spare.

I have several items in the jack cubby including a security system programmer with no "funky" problems. If you are concerned with moisture, get some of these. I had plenty saved that I stashed in my kit.

I ate several of them and they are quite tasty
